Juniors

Dear Parents, 

Having only re-started our junior section in September 2007 it is great that we can now field teams from under 7's up to under 13's. 

It is great to see the enjoyment that the kids are getting from the matches and training sessions and to see the Club growing. 

As we keep growing we have been able to get more qualifications to ensure that the kids continue to enjoy and learn about Rugby and our coaches hold WRU coaching qualifications, are CRB checked and have First Aid qualifications. 

Usk is a very child friendly club with the emphasis on the kids having fun. If you are not sure that Rugby is the right sport for your child then please come along and watch a few sessions and have a chat to the coaches. Fees are also refunded if your child decides it is not for them. 

We train on a Monday night from 6-7pm at Usk Rugby Club - for age groups U7, U8, U10 & U13 and on Wednesday for the U9's. We offer Rugby to both boys and girls, from year 2 to year 8. We do not train on Bank Holidays or in Half Term weeks.

We always welcome offers of help as the club is run on a voluntary basis. There's always plenty of things you can do to help your child enjoy their time at Usk RFC Juniors such as coaching, refereeing, general committee work, helping out at events and helping out in the kitchen on match days.
